Terms & Conditions

By accessing Oakandwalnut.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms &
/Conditions and our related policies (Delivery & Installation, Warranty & After-Sales, and
Cancellation/Returns/Refund).
1) Definitions
• "Oak and Walnut", "we", "us", "our": Oak and Walnut
Furniture.
• "Customer", "you": the buyer placing an order on the website.
• "Order": a purchase placed through the website and confirmed by Oak and Walnut.
• "Delivery Date": the date the items are delivered (and installed where applicable).
2) Order confirmation & customer details
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information (name,
phone, full address, floor, access notes).
Incorrect details may cause delays or failed delivery and rescheduling fees may apply.
3) Delivery & installation
• Delivery is available within Egypt/GCC region
• Delivery fees are calculated by area/region and confirmed before scheduling.
• Installation is included for all orders, where applicable.
• The site must be ready for delivery in case of installation (ex. Doors openings, etc.)
• Oak and Walnut is not responsible for providing special lifting equipment (e.g., cranes,
forklifts, hoists). If required, it must be arranged at the customer's expense.
4) Electronic Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to Oak and
Walnut’s Terms & Conditions and related policies (Delivery & Installation, Warranty & After-Sales,
and
Cancellation/Returns/Refund). This agreement is considered legally binding without a physical
signature.

5) Payments (Online)
Full payment (100%) is required to confirm your order.
•Oak and Walnut will not start production, reserve materials, or schedule delivery/installation until
payment is successfully completed and verified.
Payment methods are shown at checkout (where available). For bank transfers (if offered), the
order is confirmed only after funds are received and verified.
6) Rescheduling, refusal, and storage fees
•You may reschedule a confirmed delivery date up to 3 days before delivery, and postponement is
limited to a maximum of 7 days, subject to capacity.
If you refuse delivery on the scheduled date without proper notice, storage fees apply: EGP 750
for the first week, EGP 1,250 for the second week, and may increase progressively thereafter.
7) Warranty & after-sales service
Warranty and after-sales service are governed by our Warranty & After-Sales
Policy.
Warranty becomes void if the product is moved to another location or
disassembled/reassembled by the customer or any third party not authorized by Oak and Walnut.
8) Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Cancellation/Returns/Refunds are governed by our Cancellation / Returns / Refund
Policy.
Refunds are issued only for confirmed manufacturing defects, in accordance with our policies.
9) Written modifications only
No verbal agreements or changes are valid.
Any modification must be confirmed in writing by Oak and Walnut (official WhatsApp, email, or
updated order confirmation).
10) Limitation of liability
Oak and Walnut is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper
cleaning, abnormal exposure to moisture/heat, pets, or unauthorized handling after delivery.
