1) Delivery coverage\nWe deliver within Egypt/GCC region\n
2) Delivery timeline\n• Ready items: delivered as scheduled after confirmation.\n• Made-to-order items / Customized: delivery ranges between 15 - 60 depending on the item\npurchased days, starting from order confirmation.
\n3) Delivery fees\nDelivery fees are calculated by area/region and confirmed before scheduling.\n
4) Scheduling\nOur team will contact you to confirm a delivery date and time window. Please ensure your phone\nnumber is reachable and delivery details are accurate.\n
5) Installation\nInstallation is included for all orders, where applicable, and performed at delivery.\n
6) Access requirements\nPlease ensure access to the delivery location (elevator availability, stair access, entry/door\nmeasurements). If special lifting equipment is required (crane/forklift/hoist), it must be arranged by\nthe customer at their cost.\n
7) Inspection upon delivery\nInspect items upon delivery/installation.\nReport visible damage, missing parts, or issues upon Delivery Date with photos/videos.\n
8) Rescheduling & storage fees\n• Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days before delivery, with postponement limited to 7 days,\nsubject to capacity.\n• Refusal/no-show without proper notice may result in storage fees: EGP 750 (week 1), EGP\n1,250 (week 2), increasing progressively thereafter.\n
