Warranty and after-Sales Policy
1) Warranty period
Oak and Walnut provides a 5-year warranty on all sold products, starting from the Delivery Date.
2) Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
• Structural frame and construction
defects
• Manufacturing/assembly workmanship defects
• Material defects attributable to manufacturing standards
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Oak and Walnut will be obligated of repair or
replacement of the defective item/part (not necessarily the entire order).
3) What the warranty does not cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, softening of foam over time, fabric pilling
• Natural wood grain variation, minor color variation, or material character marks
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, moisture/heat, or pets
• Damage caused by moving the product after delivery
• Disassembly/reassembly performed by the customer or any unauthorized third party
4) Warranty void conditions
The warranty becomes void if:
• The product is moved from the original delivery location, or
• The product is
disassembled/reassembled by the customer or a non-authorized third party.
5) Remedy (what Oak and Walnut will do)
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Oak and Walnut will provide one of the following
solutions, based on feasibility:
• Repair
• Replacement of the defective part/item
A cash refund is offered only for confirmed manufacturing defects when
repair/replacement is not feasible, in line with our Cancellation / Returns / Refund
Policy.
6) Lifetime maintenance service
Oak and Walnut offers lifetime maintenance service for all sold products, including repairs and
replacement of worn/damaged parts, subject to assessment and parts availability. Certain parts/
materials may be chargeable; Oak and Walnut will confirm costs before proceeding.
7) How to request warranty or maintenance
Contact Oak and Walnut via WhatsApp with:
• Order number/invoice
• Your name and phone number
• Photos/videos of the issue
• Delivery address to schedule inspection if required
